Measuring Impact
REACH is dedicated to continually monitoring and measuring its impact on the children and community it serves. The quantitative and qualitative data that REACH collects not only confirms that a difference is being made, but also allows REACH to make informed decisions that improve programming overall, making REACH even more efficient and effective.
REACH continues to be committed to measure impact through the RBA (Results-Based Accountability) Model, which incorporates accountabilities for both population and performance. This is accomplished by asking the following questions: How Much Did We Do?...How Well Did We Do It?...Is Anyone Better Off?
REACH provides a research-based youth service program model that has proven to significantly reduce negative short and long-term outcomes that potentially face the children we serve. Below is an overview of the areas we focus on to measure impact within each program, all supported by research and evidence to work together in reducing negative outcomes.
